Totally weird.. I tried Planzo (which by the way is much better than Kiko), but when I dug around a little more - they seem like totally defunct! Their blog hasn’t been updated since September, and the 88 comments towards the tail end basically complained that their e-mail doesn’t work anymore. How bizarre. It could have been because of the HotOrNot girls they put up (decided that girls were much more fun than online calendars?).
Product itself shows a LOT of potential though - really fast and easy to use. Still problems with its sharing features (I haven’t been able to invite a friend), and default public events (didn’t realize that my appointments were by default public and I had to choose for it to be private!).
It has legs though - so I hope the company is still around.
