In case you were wondering about the background story behind my header picture up on top. It’s a photograph of a river (more like a canal honestly) near my parent’s place (Kallang River).
The recent history of the river is pretty macabre. Within the last year or two, there has been a murder and an accidental drowning at the same place. But that said, I think the photographer has done an awesome job with the photos and now looks romantic.
Additionally, the HDB flats in the background actually look… glamourous. Check out more of the photographer’s photos here.
